Abstract

This article is devoted to the problem of the influence of relations in the "teacher-student" system on the academic success of students. Evidence is presented in favor of the fundamental importance of a positive teacher-student relationship for successful student learning in school. The personal characteristics and types of behavior of teachers that motivate students to involve them in the learning process and achieve high academic results are analyzed in detail.
