Abstract

In this article, the nature of the property trust management contract, which has a unique place in the system of civil legal contracts, is covered from the point of view of its development prospects. The author puts forward proposals for improving the national legislation on the trust management contract based on the basis of the formation of the institution of trust management in the system of foreign countries.
