Abstract

Seismic wave is transmitted to buildings and structures through the soil, so choosing an appropriate soil model to represent the seismic waves propagating in the soil ensures that the problem is accurate and reliable. In this article, several ground models representing seismic waves propagating in the ground using the Plaxis 3D program are highlighted and conclusions are given.
