Abstract

The article examines the impact of the evaluation system on the development of students in the educational process. Assessment not only determines the level of knowledge of students, but also has a significant impact on their motivation and personal development. The article also analyzes modern assessment systems, their advantages and disadvantages. Information on innovative ways to improve the assessment system, including the transition from formative to summative, diagnostic assessment, and technological approaches. This study includes proposals aimed at increasing students’ interest in studying and ensuring quality education.
