Energy-Saving Structure of Raw Cotton Dryer

Abstract

The article covers the problems in raw cotton drying process, in which a new construction of dryer for drying raw cotton using relatively low-temperature renewable energy sources is proposed. With relatively low energy consumption, the method makes it possible to obtain the final product with a residual moisture content of no more than 6-7%, which contributes to its better preservation and a decrease in the likelihood of spontaneous combustion.
