Abstract

This article explores the formation of financial resources for professional education institutions, the legal framework for generating additional funding, and the directions for its use. It also highlights challenges in increasing financial opportunities for professional education institutions, provides solutions to overcome these challenges, and offers suggestions for preventing them in the future.
