This study aims to explore the role of artificial intelligence in improving institutional performance management in sports and scouting institutions in Thi Qar Governorate. The significance of the study lies in highlighting a modern and novel topic in administrative and functional work within institutions. The research problem consists of the obstacles and challenges that face the use and application of this technology in improving institutional performance management. The researcher uses the descriptive method with a survey approach. The researcher uses a questionnaire by constructing, standardizing, and applying a new scale for this scientific study. The SPSS statistical package is used to process the data for analysis and discussion. The researcher concludes that there is significant support and agreement for using artificial intelligence technology in administrative, functional, academic, and scientific work in sports and scouting institutions. The researcher recommends conducting other applied scientific studies for other categories and institutions and other aspects of this technology to identify its capabilities in various aspects of work, different specializations, and sectors, whether sports, scouting, or others.
