Psychological and Pedagogical Aspects of Developing Personal and Professional Qualities in Students

Abstract

This article is devoted to some issues of psychological and pedagogical aspects of developing personal and professional qualities in students. The theoretical foundations of psychological and pedagogical support for students are based on a comprehensive interdisciplinary approach, including principles of pedagogy, psychology, acmeology, and career guidance. The main goal of psychological and pedagogical support is to create conditions for the full personal and professional development of students, as well as their successful adaptation to the requirements of the educational process and future professional activities.
